Signurio Sans — Desktop and Web Customer Licence

Version 1.4 · Signurio Sans product schedule

1. Your licence

Clever Iterations Pty Ltd (ABN 19 695 039 019) operates Signurio Sans and is your contracting party and authorised licensor. On completed payment, we grant the named business on your purchase record a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use Signurio Sans under these terms. You buy a licence to use the font software, not ownership of it. “You” means that named business, including a sole trader identified on the purchase record.

The complete-family licence has a base price of AUD 79 as a one-off payment. For Australian purchasers, the total is AUD 86.90 including AUD 7.90 GST. Applicable taxes may apply in other regions and are added to the AUD 79 base price. Your total is shown before payment. The purchase receipt records the base price, tax and total paid. One payment covers all four weights: Regular, Medium, SemiBold and Bold, supplied as TTF desktop fonts and WOFF2 web fonts. Desktop and web use are bundled. No recurring licence fee, pageview cap or additional logo charge applies to the uses allowed below.

2. Up to five users

Up to five people in total may install or access the font files to work for the named business. These people may include its employees and contractors. Keep font files accessible only to those authorised users, apart from the web embedding allowed below. Replacing a user is allowed when the previous user no longer has access; this is a five-user limit, not a five-device limit. Website visitors and people viewing finished work do not count as users.

An agency may buy this licence for a named client business. Agency staff working with the files for that client count toward the same five-user total. The licence does not cover other clients or the agency's own business; each needs its own licence. For more than five users, enquire about a larger-team licence.

3. Included uses

You may use Signurio Sans for the named business's branding, logos, print, packaging and social content, and embed the supplied WOFF2 fonts in websites owned by that business. There is no pageview cap on those websites.

You may create, publish and distribute finished artwork, including outlined logos, images and print-ready documents. Customers, printers and audiences may receive that finished work without buying a font licence. Do not distribute reusable font files with the work. Where a finished document embeds font data, it must be for viewing or printing the document, not a way to obtain or reuse the font software.

For websites, serve WOFF2 files only as needed to display the licensed business's websites. Normal browser delivery of those files is permitted; offering them as a font download, reusable font library or service for other businesses is not.

4. Uses requiring a separate agreement

App or game embedding, font redistribution and teams above five users are outside this licence. Enquire before those uses. You may not sell, sublicense, share or repackage the font software for other businesses, or make it available as a standalone download. The editable source is not part of this purchase.

These restrictions do not prevent the permitted distribution of finished artwork or normal website font delivery described above. Creating or adjusting outlined lettering in your artwork is allowed; this does not grant permission to distribute modified font software.

5. Versions and fixes

Your paid licence to the supplied 1.000 family continues without a subscription, subject to these terms. Corrections released for this family within version 1.x are included at no additional licence charge and carry the same usage rights. This does not promise particular release dates, new styles or every future expansion for free. Any separately priced expansion must be offered separately; buying it is optional and does not affect your existing licence.

6. Ownership and customer rights

Copyright and intellectual property in the font software remain with us and/or our affiliates and licensors, as applicable. Keep copyright and licence notices with any permitted copies of the font files. Your own artwork and branding remain yours; no ownership of them is claimed by this licence.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If there is a problem with the supplied fonts, contact us with your purchase details so we can assess it and provide the remedy required by law. Downloading the files does not remove those rights.

7. Resolving licence breaches

If we believe you have materially breached this licence, we will explain the issue in writing and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. We may terminate the licence for a material breach that remains unremedied after that opportunity. Termination means stopping further use of and removing the font software under your control. It does not require recall or destruction of finished artwork lawfully created before termination. Your non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.

8. Your purchase record and these terms

Your purchase record identifies the named business licensee, payer, purchase date, order reference, supplied family/version, this licence revision, and total amount paid in Australian dollars with the applicable tax treatment. If an agency pays for a client, the client is the named business licensee. You must have authority to buy on that business's behalf. This licence and your completed purchase record evidence your rights to the supplied font software.

These are the product-specific terms for Signurio Sans font software. Any Clever Iterations Master Terms applying to your purchase must be identified by version and made available to you before purchase. If those Master Terms conflict with this licence on font use, permitted users, price and currency, duration, updates or termination of the paid font licence, this licence prevails. The separate terms for the retired Signurio audit service do not describe or govern the font licence.

No recurring subscription, hosted-service availability condition or later change to general website terms reduces the paid font-use rights granted by this version. Access to a website or download service is distinct from your continuing right to use lawfully obtained fonts under this licence.

9. Contact and privacy
